pancake breakfast (served from 7:30 to 9 am)
and a lunch seminar (noon to 1 pm)
on how Type IL cement has changed how we finish concrete
to create durable and lasting projects.

Megan Dangel, P.E., LEED AP, is the Director of Technical Services at Central Plains Cement.  She began her career in 2007 after graduating from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology with a BS in Civil Engineering.  During this time, she has worked in several facets of the cement and concrete industries, ranging from process engineering at a cement plant to ready mixed concrete QC to cultivating expertise in the area of supplementary cementitious materials.  Megan is a registered professional engineer in 3 states and is active in numerous industry organizations.  

Jason Proctor is the Director of Operations for Green Umbrella. He has over twenty-five years of both field and office experience in the concrete industry including 20 years as a finisher. Jason is an active member of ASCC and a voting member of ACI 640 as well as an Associate Member of ACI 302. He has lead work from South Carolina to the Upper Midwest. Mr. Proctor is based in Kansas City and travels the country training the next generation of concrete workers.
