Blaine Nye is the President & CEO at HIT Consulting Service.  Over the last 22 years inside the concrete industry and as a consultant, Blaine has developed a culture of Honor, Integrity, and Trust. He has an extensive history in Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF’s), general contracting, decorative flatwork, estimating, and concrete polishing for industrial and retail flooring. His passion lies in assisting owners with the design, installation, and cost efficiency of their exposed concrete flooring systems.

Blaine holds certifications in Dynamic Coefficient of Friction, Flatwork and Floor Flatness Testing and has worked with some of the largest retailers in the US and multiple school districts in developing and maintaining polished concrete floor programs. This vast experience has allowed him to be a peer leader in this work and is continually sought as a subject matter expert and consultant.
